Return & Exchange Policy

Team Raja Salahuddin is committed to ensure the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your experience of your purchase.

We do not offer any return / refund as we operate a made-to-order model.

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 24 hours of delivery.

After you generate a query, we double check with the quality department as they always take pictures of each outfit before it’s dispatch, the company will look into the issue and get right back to you.

After reviewing the issue, we only offer store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.

Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for store credit.
